SWANSEA METS ANNOUNCE 2009 SQUAD Swansea Metropolitan have announced the team of drivers that will form their assault on the 2009 BUKC championship. New team captain Peter Cole looked at numerous drivers at the closely fought kart team trials in September and after a successful BUKC test day at Whilton Mill the 8 man team for ‘09 was revealed. 6 drivers are from last year’s team and they are Peter Cole, Oli Knights, Lloyd Eveleigh, Will Wood, Shaun Dickson and Will Albrow. All will be hoping to go one step better than last year and claim the title. 2 new drivers join the team and they are Sean Robinson and Daryl Henderson. When mixed with the experience already in the team they should help the Mets have a great season. The next racing for the Mets is the 2009 BUKC Qualification at Rye House on 11th February.
